The excellence and technical quality of our constructions is also recognized by the GCR. The organization has awarded us an A quality rating. To obtain this quality rating, our company had to demonstrate its financial soundness and submit several of its constructions to mandatory GCR inspections.
Lastly, we are convinced of the importance of offering our customers a high-performance building in terms of comfort and energy savings. That’s why Écohabitations boréales is Novoclimat accredited. Écohabitations boréales is committed to creating high-performance buildings that meet the highest quality standards.

SOCIAL COMMITMENT

At Écohabitations boréales, social engagement is a core part of who we are. Since the beginning, we’ve been committed to giving back to the community around us. Over the years, we’ve supported several local organizations, including the Dufresne Foundation (St-Jean-Baptiste School in Val-David), the Fondation des Gens Heureux (St-Joseph School in Sainte-Adèle), and Leucan Laurentides.

For several years, we also brought together a group of amateur athletes under the banner of Team Ecohab — a spirited sports team made up of employees, clients, and partners. United by a love of sports and community, this diverse team proudly wore our colors and came together to support meaningful causes in a fun, active way.

Since 2024, we’ve chosen to support the Ski Chanteclerc Racing Club, a natural extension of our values. This family-friendly, accessible mountain is home to many young athletes and families who share a passion for alpine skiing — and we’re proud to help foster that energy within our region.
