Built on Mont Chanteclerc summit in Sainte-Adèle, this is the company’s latest flagship residence, and the newest family home. The Ecohab House features 1,600 sq.ft. of living space on two floors, plus 300 sq.ft. of floor space in the roof trusses. The traditional garage has been replaced by a bicycle workshop to facilitate leisure activities for the family, who love the outdoors and mountain sports. A training and music room has been set up in the roof trusses. It’s an economical way to gain square footage! The main living spaces are on the ground floor, on a polished concrete slab heated by a hydronic radiant floor.
