SAINTE-MARGUERITE-DU-LAC-MASSON

The main floor hosts the living spaces, strategically positioned to take full advantage of the panoramic views over the wooded lot. The ground floor is ready to accommodate a full kitchen, allowing for the creation of a complete living unit as the children grow older. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and durable features such as a steel roof and triple-glazed windows, this residence combines comfort, functionality, and long-term vision.

MILLE-ISLES

This waterfront residence is built on the shores of Lac Paul. This home is designed to meet the needs of a soon-to-be-retired couple: terrace, large open space with views, bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor, and additional guest rooms on the garden level. The house’s due south orientation, combined with a good building envelope and high-efficiency heat pump heating, contribute to its excellent energy performance.

LA SALLE LAKE

This second home has four bedrooms and a large open-plan living area encompassing the living room, dining room and kitchen. It was designed to accommodate the extended family comfortably. It stands out with its black cedar shingle exterior. The house is equipped with an energy self-sufficiency system in case of power failure, comprising batteries, photovoltaic solar panels and a small auxiliary electrical panel.

MORIN-HEIGHTS

This contemporary home is perched atop a mountain, offering a breathtaking view of the Saint-Sauveur Valley. Full-height aluminum/wood windows have been cleverly positioned on the first floor to take full advantage! A high-efficiency heat pump is part of the heating system, contributing to its excellent Energuide rating. The residence boasts 3850 sq.ft. on two floors, including a double garage.

LAC LOUISE

Écohabitations boréales’ flagship project, this house was the first LEED-certified home in the Laurentians. Perched in the mountains, its alpine architecture and south-facing orientation offer a magnificent view of Lake Louise. Impressive solar gains contribute to a bright living environment that’s economical to heat.

Val-David

Clad in exterior siding with translucent stain and clad with all-aluminum windows, this contemporary-looking home quickly became the talk of the neighbourhood. A high-performance heat pump and forced-air heating system provide good energy performance, while offering air-conditioning options.

La maison Françoise

With its interplay of pitched and flat roofs and large south-facing windows, this home displays an alpine style with a modern touch. Hot-water radiant floors were installed on both floors in polished concrete slabs with a salt-and-pepper finish. All kitchen and bathroom cabinets were custom-made with low-VOC melamine cabinets and oiled wood doors.
